Claims (10)
- a) 황산니켈(Ⅱ)(NiSO4)을 용해시키고 pH조절제를 투입시켜 수산화니켈(Ni(OH)2)이 생성되는 제 1용액을 만드는 단계와;증류수에 히드라진(N2H2)과 차아인산나트륨(NaH2PO2)을 투입하여 제 2용액을 만드는 단계;b) 상기의 제 1용액과 제 2용액을 혼합하고 유기용매를 투입 및 교반하여 입도가 제어된 니켈 분말을 생성시키는 단계; 및c) 생성된 니켈 분말을 여액과 분리하여 수득하고 불순물 제거를 위하여 수세하여 건조하는 단계;를포함하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,황산니켈(Ⅱ):히드라진:차아인산나트륨의 몰비는 1:1.5~7.5:0.4~0.62의 농도로 투입하여 반응하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,pH조절제는 암모니아수, 수산화칼륨 및 수산화나트륨으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택하여 투입하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,a) 단계의 pH조절제는 제 1용액의 pH가 10 내지 13이 되도록 투입하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,유기용매는 에틸렌 글리콜(ethylene glycol), 디에틸렌글리콜(diethylene glycol), 폴리에틸렌 글리콜(polyethylene glycol) 및 부탄디올(butanediol)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,혼합용액에 투입되는 유기용매의 투입량은 황산 니켈(Ⅱ)/유기용매의 무게 비가 0.1~0.6인 것으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,니켈 분말의 입자 크기를 0.07㎛ 내지 2.0㎛까지 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,혼합용액의 환원반응 시간은 0.5~2 시간으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,혼합용액의 환원 반응 온도는 상온인 것을 특징으로 하는 미세 니켈 분말의 제조방법.
