Claims (10)
- 식물병 방어 관련 유전자로서 고추 유래 만노스바인딩렉틴을 코딩하는 하기 (a) 또는 (b)의 분리된 유전자(CaMBL1):(a) 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 단백질을 코딩하는 유전자;(b) 서열번호 1의 염기서열을 갖는 유전자.
- 서열번호 2의 아미노산 서열을 갖는 분리된 단백질(CaMBL1).
- 제1항 기재의 유전자를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제1항 기재의 유전자를 pBIN35S에 삽입시켜 제조한 재조합벡터 pBIN35S::CaMBL1.
- 제1항 기재의 유전자 또는 제3항 기재의 재조합 벡터에 의해 형질전환된 식물체.
- 식물체로부터 mRNA 분리하여 제1항 기재의 CaMBL1 유전자의 차별적 발현을 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 식물체의 저항성 탐색방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 식물체는 고추 세균성 점무늬병의 병원성 또는 비병원성 세균을 접종한 식물체인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체의 저항성 탐색방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 식물체는 살리실산 (Salicylic acid) 또는 메틸자스모네이트 (Methyl jasmonate)를 처리한 식물체인 것을 특징으로 하는 식물체의 저항성 탐색방법.
- 제2항 기재의 CaMBL1 단백질의 항체를 프로브로 이용하여 CaMBL1 단백질 발현여부를 확인하는 단계를 포함하는 식물체의 저항성 탐색방법.
- 제1항 기재의 CaMBL1 유전자를 바이러스-유도 유전자 침묵(virus-induced gene silencing, VIGS)을 위한 벡터인 TRV2(Tobacco Rattle Virus 2) 벡터에 삽입시켜 제조한 재조합벡터 TRV2:: CaMBL1.
