Claims (7)
- 용융탄산염 연료전지의 제조방법에 있어서,이성분계 및 삼상분계 중 어느 하나의 탄산염 혼합분말을 이용하여 습식 슬러리 상태의 탄산염 전해질을 생성하는 단계;상기 습식 슬러리 상태의 탄산염 전해질은 연료전지용 전극 상부에 코팅하는 단계; 및상기 코팅된 습식 슬러리 상태의 탄산염 전해질을 연료전지용 전극에 함침시키는 단계;를 포함하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탄산염 혼합분말은 Li2CO3, K2CO3 및 Na2CO3 으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 2개 이상의 탄산염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 습식 슬러리 상태의 탄산염 전해질은 고 에너지 분쇄기를 이용하여 탄산염 혼합분말과 솔벤트의 비율을 1:1∼1:5로 혼합하여 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 습식 슬러리 상태의 탄산염 전해질은 플로우 코터(flow coater) 방식에 따라 연료전지용 전극 상부에 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 습식 슬러리 상태의 탄산염 전해질은 상기 연료전지용 전극의 기공부피 10∼80% 범위 내에서 그 양을 결정하여 코팅하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 코팅하는 단계 후,상기 습식 슬러리 상태의 탄산염 전해질을 100℃ 이하의 온도에서 1시간 건조시키는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 코팅된 습식 슬러리 상태의 탄산염 전해질을 1:99∼10:80의 수소와 질소 가스 분위기에서 550∼650℃의 온도로 용융시켜 연료전지용 전극에 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융탄산염 연료전지의 제조방법.
