Claims (4)
- Al 잔부 및 필수불가피한 불순물과 함께, 1.4중량% 보다 많고 1.8중량% 미만의 Fe, 0.8중량% 이상 1.0중량% 이하의 Si, 0.65중량% 보다 많고 0.9중량% 미만의 Mn을 포함하여 구성되며, 3.0중량% 이하의 Zn, 0.3중량% 이하의 In 및 0.3중량% 이하의 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종, 및/또는 0.25중량% 이하의 Cu, 0.1중량% 이하의 Ti 및 0.1중량% 이하의 Zr으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 선택적으로 포함하여 구성되며, Ni, Cr 및 Co로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 0.2중량% 이하의 양으로 선택적으로 포함하여 구성되는 알루미늄 합금을 포함하며,핀 평면의 표면층으로부터 보았을 때의 표면적의 80% 이상이 압연된 방향으로 10~80mm의 길이를 갖는 재결정 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜용 알루미늄 합금 핀재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 핀 평면의 표면층으로부터 보았을 때의 표면적의 85% 이상이 압연된 방향으로 10∼80mm의 길이를 갖는 재결정 입자로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 납땜용 알루미늄 합금 핀재.
