Abstract
상기 PCB기판(200)에 착탈가능하게 끼워지며, 상기 소켓(500)을 관통하여 외부전원과 통전되는 플러그(610)를 구비한 커넥트부재(600)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하므로, 구성물품 간의 연결 및 체결작업의 편의성을 용이하게 함과 동시에, 생산성을 한층 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

- 삭제
- LED(300)가 실장된 PCB기판(200)으로 전류를 통전시키도록 소켓(500)과 플러그(610)를 구비한 직관형 LED 램프 조립체에 있어서,
상기 PCB기판(200)에 착탈가능하게 끼워지며, 상기 소켓(500)을 관통하여 외부전원과 통전되는 플러그(610)를 구비한 커넥트부재(600)를 포함하되,
상기 커넥트부재(600)는,
상기 플러그(610)를 감싸서 고정시키는 몸체부(620)와,
상기 몸체부(620)의 바닥면에 형성되어 상기 PCB기판(200)에 대하여 슬라이드 결합되는 슬라이드부(630)과,
상기 몸체부(620)의 상면에 형성되어, 상기 소켓(500)의 단부 내측으로부터 길이방향을 따라 돌출되는 걸림편(510)과 걸리는 구조의 걸림단턱(640)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직관형 LED 램프 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 커넥트부재(600)에는 플러그(610)와 PCB기판(200)을 연결하는 무극성 회로가 내장된 안정기판(660)이 추가적으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직관형 LED 램프 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 몸체부(620)의 상면에는 상기 걸림단턱(640)을 향해 연장되며 상부로 돌출되는 한 쌍의 가이드(650)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 직관형 LED 램프 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 가이드(650)가 형성된 상기 몸체부(620)의 선단부에는 상기 걸림편(510)의 최초 진입을 용이하게 안내하는 안내부재(660)가 돌출형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 직관형 LED 램프 조립체.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 소켓(500)은 상기 걸림단턱(640)에 대하여 걸림편(510)을 탄성적으로 탈착시키기 위한 탈착수단(520)을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 직관형 LED 램프 조립체.
