Claims (7)
- 방송 또는 사진 촬영에 사용하는 조명에 있어서,열발산판(114)을 형성한 방열판(111)의 전면으로 홈이 파인 블록(112)을 다수개 다수열로 형성해, 각 블록(112) 내로 안착하여 본딩한 다수개의 엘이디(113)가 색 온도별로 발광하면서 밝기 조절 가능한 멀티 칩 엘이디(110)와;상기 열발산판(114)에 냉각된 유체를 분사하는 분사자켓(121)을 방열판(111)의 후면에 일체로 형성하고, 유체를 순환 및 냉각시키는 유로파이프(125)를 상기 분사자켓(121)에 연결하여, 분사액체 냉각방식으로 냉각시키는 냉각부(120)와;멀티 칩 엘이디(110)와 냉각부(120)에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부(131) 및, 이들을 조작하는 제어보드(132)를 형성한 전원부(130)를 각각 형성해;이들을 케이스(140)로 감싼 엘이디 조명장치(100)를 구성함으로써,소형 및 경량에, 색 온도와 밝기를 조절하며, 광효율 향상을 특징으로 하는 방송 및 사진 촬영용 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 멀티 칩 엘이디(110)는,블록(112)의 각 열 별로 서로 다른 색 온도를 가지도록 형광체를 주입하고.형광체에 의해 동일한 색 온도를 가지는 같은 열의 각 블록(112)끼리 본딩하여, 전원부(130)의 제어보드(132)에 의해 제어 가능하도록 채널별로 구성함으로써,연결된 블록(112) 별로 발광하여 다양한 색 온도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 및 사진 촬영용 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 냉각부(120)는,분사자켓(121)의 내부가 비어 열발산판(114) 측을 향해 다수개의 분사노즐(124)을 형성하고;분사자켓(121)의 후면에서 빈 내부를 향해 관통된 유입구(122)를 통해 유로파이프(125)의 일단을 연결하며;분사자켓(121)의 내부공간 및 유입구(122)와 별개로 관통된 유출구(123)로 유로파이프(125)의 타단을 연결하고;냉매에 의해 냉각시키는 콘덴서(126)를 외측으로 감싼 지그재그형태의 유로파이프(125) 일측으로 마이크로펌프(127)를 연결해 유체를 이동시킴으로써,유로파이프(125) 내를 흐르는 냉각된 유체를 분사액체 냉각방식으로 분사해 멀티 칩 엘이디(110)를 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 및 사진 촬영용 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 냉각부(120)는,전자밸브를 이용해 발광하는 엘이디(113) 측의 열발산판(114)만을 선택적 분사냉각함으로써,부분냉각방식을 통한 집중냉각으로 냉각효율을 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 및 사진 촬영용 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전원부(130)의 제어보드(132)는,채널제어방식으로 각 색 온도별 엘이디(113)를 제어하고;프리모드를 통해 범위 내의 색 온도를 조정함으로써,색 온도의 용이한 선택을 특징으로 하는 방송 및 사진 촬영용 엘이디 조명장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 냉각부(120)의 콘덴서(126)는,팬을 이용하여 공냉방식으로 냉각시킴으로써,유체를 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 및 사진 촬영용 엘이디 조명장 치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 멀티 칩 엘이디(110)는,블록(112) 내의 각 엘이디(113)를 골드 와이어 본딩으로 결합하고;동일한 색 온도를 가지는 각 블록(112)을 구리 또는 알루미늄 본딩으로 결합함으로써,엘이디(113)의 정션온도를 낮추고, 열적 특성을 개선하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방송 및 사진 촬영용 엘이디 조명장치.
