Description
Claims (14)
- 照明器具内で使用するための照明モジュールであって、
長手方向軸線を有し、前記照明モジュールを前記照明器具の照明器具ソケットに接続するための電気コネクタを含む、口金と、
前記電気コネクタに電気的に接続されているドライバ回路を含む、ドライバユニットと、
前記ドライバ回路に電気的に接続されて、光を放出するように構成されている、少なくとも1つの固体光源を含む、ライトユニットと、
前記少なくとも1つの固体光源から熱を除去するように構成されているヒートシンクであって、前記ヒートシンクは、前記長手方向軸線の方向に延在して、流体入口及び流体出口を有する、細長い中空管を含み、前記ヒートシンクは、前記ドライバユニットと前記ライトユニットとの間に構成されている、ヒートシンクと、を備え、
前記ライトユニットが、前記細長い中空管の第1の表面上に位置決めされ、前記ドライバユニットが、前記細長い中空管の第2の表面上に位置決めされ、前記第2の表面が、前記第1の表面の反対側である、照明モジュール。 - 前記細長い中空管が、前記ヒートシンクである、請求項1に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記細長い中空管が、前記流体入口から前記流体出口への流体流を生成するように構成されている、能動冷却デバイスを含む、請求項1及び2に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記細長い中空管が、前記ライトユニットと前記ドライバユニットとを分離するための厚さTと、前記長手方向軸線の方向に延びる長さLとを有し、前記長さLが、前記厚さTの少なくとも5倍である、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記厚さTが、5mm〜50mmの範囲である、請求項4に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記長さLが、70mm〜700mmの範囲である、請求項4に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記流体入口が、前記第1の表面内に位置決めされ、前記流体出口が、前記細長い中空管の別の表面内に位置決めされている、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記流体入口が、前記細長い中空管の第1の端部から、距離D1に位置決めされ、前記距離D1が、前記長さLの0.2倍以下である、請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記流体出口が、前記細長い中空管の第2の端部から、距離D2に位置決めされ、前記距離D2が、前記長さLの0.2倍以下である、請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項又は請求項8に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記ドライバユニットが、前記ドライバユニットから熱を除去するために、前記細長い中空管と熱接触している、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記ドライバユニットが、前記細長い中空管の前記長さLにわたって非対称に位置決めされ、前記ドライバユニットの中心が、前記流体出口よりも前記流体入口に近い距離に位置決めされている、請求項4乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記ドライバユニットが、最初に言及された前記細長い中空管と流体接続している、更なる流体孔を有する更なる細長い中空管を含む、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 前記口金及び前記長手方向軸線に対して前記細長い中空管を回転させるための、回転機構を更に備える、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュール。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の照明モジュールを備える、照明器具。
