Claims (3)
- 상부기판, 하부기판 및 상기 기판들 사이에 액정층이 개재되며, 화소영역이 반사영역과 투과영역으로 구획된 반투과형 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 하부기판의 액정층과 인접한 면 중 상기 화소영역에서 상기 반사영역을 구획하도록 형성되어 입사된 입사광을 반사하는 반사판;상기 반사판의 상부에 형성되되 상기 화소영역 전체에 형성되는 컬러필터;상기 컬러필터의 상부 전체에 형성되는 오버코트층;상기 오버코트층의 상부에 형성되며, 상기 반사영역 중 상기 반사판과 부분 중첩되도록 형성되어 상기 액정층으로부터 입사된 입사광을 반사하는 반사패턴;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 컬러필터는 상기 화소영역 전체에 균일한 두께로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 반사패턴은 상기 반사영역 내에서 다수 개가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치.
