Claims (9)
- 해조류 포자 배양액, 알긴산염 및 다가금속염을 유효성분으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조류포자 착생 촉진을 위한 캡슐화 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 해조류 포자 배양액 100 중량부에 대하여 알긴산염 1 ~ 8 중량부 및 다가금속염 1 ~ 10 중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 해조류는 두나넬라, 나비큘라, 나노클로리스, 아이소클라이시스, 클로렐라, 가시파래, 미역, 감태, 구멍갈파래, 김 톳, 및 모자반 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 해조류 포자가 103 ~ 107 개/㎖의 농도로 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알긴산염은 주기율표에서 1A 족에 속하는 알카리금속의 알긴산염이고, 알긴산염의 분자량이 10,000 ~ 1,000,000 Da인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 다가금속염으로는 염화칼슘, 염화마그네슘, 염화철(2가), 염화철(3가), 황산칼슘, 황산마그네슘, 황산철(2가) 및 황산철(3가) 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 해양 구조물의 표면을 도포하는 방법으로서,(a) 해조류를 여과해수에 넣고 빛을 비추어 해조류포자가 103 ~ 107 개/㎖의 농도로 하도록 포자를 유도하는 단계(b) 상기 (a) 단계의 해조류 포자 배양액에, 배양액 100 중량부에 대하여 알긴산염 1.0 ~ 8.0 중량부를 녹여 혼합하는 단계(c) 해양 구조물에 상기 (b) 단계의 혼합물을 도포하는 단계(d) 상기 해조류 포자 배양액 100 중량부에 대하여 다가금속염 1.0 ~ 10.0 중량부로 녹인 다음 (c)단계에서 도포된 해양구조물의 표면에 살포하여 경화시키는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 해양 구조물 표면의 도포방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 또는 (d)의 해양 구조물 표면은 0.05 ~ 1.50 g/㎠의 두께로 도포된 것임을 특징으로 하는 도포방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 6 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 조성물이 해양구조물에 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 해양구조물의 표면 피복용 피막.
