Claims (4)
- MnZn계 페라이트 소결체로 이루어지는 전파흡수체로서,이 전파흡수체는,산화철이 Fe2O3 환산으로 45.0~49.0몰%,산화아연이 ZnO 환산으로 19.0~23.0몰%, 및산화망간이 MnO 환산으로 28.0~36.0%로 이루어지는 주성분을 가지고,이 주성분 100중량부에 대해서 부성분으로서,산화코발트를 CoO 환산으로 1000~7000중량ppm, 산화규소를 SiO2 환산으로 10~200중량ppm, 산화바나듐을 V2O5 환산으로 50~1000중량ppm, 산화칼슘을 CaO 환산으로 200~2500중량ppm, 및 산화니오브를 Nb2O5 환산으로 50~500중량ppm 함유하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전파흡수체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화코발트는 CoO 환산으로 3500~6500중량ppm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전파흡수체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 퀴리온도가 80℃ 이상인 특성,소결 밀도가 4.7(g/㎤)을 넘는 특성,주파수 30MHz에 있어서의 복소유전율 실수부인 ε'의 값이 10<ε'<30의 조건 을 만족하는 특성,주파수 30MHz에 있어서의 복소투자율 실수부인 μ'의 값이 μ'<80의 조건을 만족하는 특성,주파수 30MHz에 있어서의 복소투자율 허수부인 μ''의 값이 μ''>260의 조건을 만족하는 특성,정합두께가 6mm 이하가 되는 특성,25℃에서의 반사 감쇠량이 20dB 이상인 특성, 및래틀러값이 0.5% 이하가 되는 특성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전파흡수체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 판형상의 타일형상을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전파흡수체.
