Claims (7)
- 복수의 다발로 이루어진 동피복 알루미늄 선재;상기 동피복 알루미늄 선재를 감싸는 제1 절연체;상기 제1 절연체의 외주부에 위치하는 아라미드 섬유 계열의 인장 부재; 및상기 인장 부재를 감싸는 제2 절연체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 절연체 또는 상기 제2 절연체는 절연성 베이스 수지 50.8중량% ~ 52.8중량%, 티오티엠(TOTM) 가소제 26.5중량% ~ 29중량%, 비피에이(BPA) 가소제 0.05중량% ~ 0.2중량%, 안정제 2.55중량% ~ 4.95중량%, 제1 충전제 4.0중량% ~ 6.0중량%, 제2 충전제 9.0중량% ~ 11.0중량% 및 난연 가소제 1.0중량% ~ 3.0중량%로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 안정제는 티엘에스(TLS) 2.0중량% ~ 4.0중량%, 디비엘(DBL) 0.4중량% ~ 0.6중량% 및 스테아린산 납 0.15중량% ~ 0.35중량%로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 제1 충전제는 카올리나이트이고, 상기 제2 충전제는 탄산칼슘이며, 상기 난연 가소제는 안티몬 옥사이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 절연성 베이스 수지는 폴리 에틸렌 또는 폴리염화비닐인 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인장 부재는 상기 제1 절연체의 길이방향을 따라 복수로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동피복 알루미늄 선재는 2.3mm 내지 2.6mm의 직경으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 절연전선.
