Claims (4)
- 알루미늄 재질의 심선에 코팅막이 코팅되어 모터의 전기자에 권선된 코일과 전원에 연결되는 리드 와이어를 결선하기 위한 모터의 결선 방법에 있어서,상기 코일의 말단 위치의 코팅막을 제거하는 단계와,코팅막이 제거된 코일의 말단과 리드 와이어의 말단을 전기적으로 연결하는 단계와,코일의 말단과 리드 와이어의 말단이 연결된 부위를 튜브로 씌우는 단계와,튜브가 씌워진 부분을 절연성 바니시액에 함침하여 바니싱 처리하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 결선 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 튜브는 열수축 튜브이고,상기 바니싱 단계는 가열된 바니시에 열수축 튜브가 씌워진 부분을 함침하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 결선 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,코일의 말단과 리드 와이어의 말단의 전기적 연결은 납땜인 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 결선 방법.
