Claims (4)
- 제강공정 설비 전체에 대한 제한 총전력량을 설정하고, 전원이 공급되고 있는 제강공정 설비 각각으로 공급되는 전원을 소정 시간동안 측정하여 적산 총전력량을 산출하는 제1 단계;상기 적산 총전력량과 상기 제한 총전력량을 비교하는 제2 단계;상기 제2 단계에서의 비교 결과 상기 적산 총전력량이 상기 제한 총전력량 보다 크다면 부하제한 모드로 설정하는 제3 단계; 및상기 제3 단계의 판단 결과 부하제한 모드이면, 상기 전원이 공급되고 있는 제강공정 설비 각각에 대한 조업데이터를 근거로 조업상태를 판단하고, 상기 전원이 공급되고 있는 제강공정 설비 각각에 대한 조업상태에 따라 선별적으로 전원공급을 차단하는 제4 단계; 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강공정 설비의 전력 제어방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제4 단계는,상기 적산 총전력량이 상기 제한 총전력량 보다 일정비율 작아질 때까지 상기 전원이 공급되고 있는 제강공정 설비의 전원공급을 순차적으로 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강공정 설비의 전력 제어방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 전원이 공급되고 있는 제강공정 설비 각각에 대한 우선순위 레벨을 설정하는 제5 단계;를 더 포함하고,상기 제4 단계는, 상기 전원이 공급되고 있는 제강공정 설비 각각에 대한 우선순위 레벨에 따라 전원공급을 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제강공정 설비의 전력 제어방법.
