Claims (4)
- 영구자석;상기 영구자석에 부착되는 제1면과, 그 반대측의 제2면을 가지며, 상기 영구자석의 자속을 상기 제1면으로부터 제2면 방향으로 전달하는 순철팁;상기 순철팁의 둘레에 설치되며, 스트립이 상기 순철팁의 제2면을 소정 간격 이격되어 통과할 때 자속밀도의 변화를 전압값으로 변환하는 검출코일; 및상기 검출코일에 의해 변환된 전압값을 처리하여 자속밀도의 변화를 분석하고, 분석된 자속밀도의 변화를 이용하여 스트립의 선단을 검출하는 신호처리부를 포함하는 열연 스트립 선단 검출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 순철팁은,상기 영구자석과 접촉하는 면의 반대측으로 갈수록 그 폭이 점차 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연 스트립 선단 검출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리부는,상기 검출코일에 의해 변환된 전압값을 소정의 이득으로 증폭시키는 프리앰프;상기 증폭된 전압값의 잡음을 제거하는 저역통과필터; 및상기 잡음이 제거된 전압값의 피크를 검출하는 피크검출기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연 스트립 선단 검출 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 영구자석, 순철팁 및 검출코일은 함께 몰딩되며, 상기 몰딩된 외부에는 수랭식 냉각장치가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연 스트립 선단 검출 장치.
