Claims (5)
- 마감재(20)가 표면에 고정되는 금속의 패널판체(11)의 양단이 각각 절곡되어 연결부(12)가 형성되되 연결부(12)의 일측은 돌출되고, 연결부(12)의 타측은 돌출된 부분이 삽입될 수 있는 홈이 형성되며,연결부(12)을 형성한 패널판체(11)의 단부는 절곡되어 누름단부(13)가 형성되고, 누름단부(13)가 두장의 단열복합박판(14) 사이에 형성된 돌출부(15)와 공간부(16)로 이루어진 단열재(17) 단부를 눌러 고정하며,단열복합박판(14)은 알루미늄 재질의 양 박판(14-1) 사이에 결합체(14-2)를 삽입하여 제작되고, 결합체(14-2)는 고분자수지(polymer resin)를 재료로 하여 전후에 박판(14-1)을 배치하여 고정하되 박판(14-1) 사이에 일정 정도 공간을 확보하여 차열이나 단열을 위한 에어층(14-3)이 형성되도록 망사형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬림형 단열 복합패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단열재(17)의 돌출부(15)는 일측 단열복합박판(14) 상면에 마름모 형상이 연속적으로 돌출 형성되고, 돌출부(15)의 상단은 타측 단열복합박판(14)이 부착되어 내부에 마름모 형상의 공간부(16)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬림형 단열 복합패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단열재(17)의 돌출부(15)는 직선 형상과 파형 형상이 서로 번갈아 형성되고, 파형형상이 직선형상에 의해 막혀 공간부(16)가 형성되며, 돌출부(15)의 상하단에 각각 단열복합박판(14)이 부착되어 공간부(16)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬림형 단열 복합패널.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결합체(14-2)의 고분자수지는 폴리에틸렌수지, 폴리비닐클로라이드수지, 폴리프로필렌수지, 아크릴수지, 탁(TAC) 수지, 폴리카보네이트수지, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트수지 또는 폴리이미드수지중 하나로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬림형 단열 복합패널.
