Claims (5)
- 9-[2-(포스포노메톡시)에틸]아데닌을, 디메틸포름아미드 및 1,8-디아자바이사이클[5,4,0]운데크-7-엔 존재 하에서 클로로메틸 피발레이트와 반응시켜 아데포버 디피복실(AD)을 제조하는 AD 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 9-[2-(포스포노메톡시)에틸]아데닌과 디메틸포름아마이드의 반응 몰비가 1: 10.5 내지 35인 AD 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 9-[2-(포스포노메톡시)에틸]아데닌과 1,8-디아자바이사이클[5,4,0]운데크-7-엔의 반응 몰비가 1: 2 내지 3인 AD 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 반응온도가 10 ℃ 내지 25 ℃ 인 AD 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 9-[2-(포스포노메톡시)에틸]아데닌과 클로로메틸 피발레이트의 반응 몰비가 3: 5 내지 6인 AD 제조방법.
