- 삭제
- 각종 모타의 절연 저항값이 떨어지는 것을 감지하여 이를 외부로 알리는 장치에 있어서,통상의 전원부(R,S,T)로부터 공급되는 전원을 제어하는 전원 스위치(10)와;상기 모타의 절연 저항값을 임의대로 설정하기 위한 복수의 경고설정 스위치(12)와;상기 모타의 절연 저항값이 떨어질 때 단계별로 순차적으로 점등되는 복수의 절연범위표시 LED(16)와;상기 경고설정 스위치(12)에 의해 설정된 저항값에 도달하면 점멸 동작을 수행하는 경고 LED(14)와;상기 경고 LDE(14)와 연동하여 동작하여 경고음을 발생하는 부저 발생부(20)로 구성하며;상기 모타의 모타선(V,W)과 CON1 J4 및 CON1 J5가 연결되고, 상기 모타 케이스와 CON1 J6이 접지 연결되며;상기 CON1 J5를 통해 공급되는 전압이 모타코일로 공급될 때 모타 코일의 절연상태가 나쁘면 상기 모타 케이스 쪽으로 누설되는 전류를 상기 CON1 J6을 통해 증폭기(FET: 108a,108b)로 공급되며;상기 증폭기(FET: 108a,108b)로부터 유입된 전류로 SCR(110a,110b)을 트리거하여 상기 절연범위표시 LED(16)와 경고 LED(14)를 점등시켜 상기 모타의 절연 저항값이 떨어지는 것을 감지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선박용 모타의 절연저하 감시장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 SCR(110a)에서 공급된 전원에 의해서 작동되는 릴레이(112)와, 상기 릴레이(112)로부터 출력되는 단락 신호에 의하여 장비운용 감시실(MCR)에서 모타의 이상 유무를 확인할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 선박용 모타의 절연저하 감시장치.
