- 액정층과 함께 사용되도록 적응된 어레이 기판으로서,베이스 기판; 및상기 베이스 기판 상에 제공된 픽셀 전극, 신호 라인, 및 차광 스트립을 포함하며,상기 차광 스트립은 상기 신호 라인의 측하부에 위치되고 상기 베이스 기판에 의해 상기 신호 라인으로부터 이격되며, 굴절 스트립은 상기 차광 스트립과 상기 신호 라인 사이의 갭 위에 그리고 상기 신호 라인의 측부에 위치되고 상기 픽셀 전극과 동일한 층에 위치되며,상기 굴절 스트립은 자신을 통과하여 상기 베이스 기판 면에서 상기 액정층으로 진행하는 광을 상기 신호 라인 방향으로 편향시키며,상기 굴절 스트립은 더 작은 높이를 갖는 쪽이 상기 신호 라인과 마주하고 더 큰 높이를 갖는 쪽이 상기 픽셀 전극과 마주하는 단면을 가지며, 상기 굴절 스트립은 상기 액정층보다 작은 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 어레이 기판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 굴절 스트립은 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사 플루오로프로필렌 코폴리머, 및 플루오로페닐알라닌으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 물질로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 어레이 기판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 굴절 스트립은 테이퍼 형상, 직각 삼각형, 직각 부채꼴형, 직각 사다리꼴형 및 직각 유사-사다리꼴형으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 어레이 기판.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 신호 라인은 데이터 라인 및 게이트 라인으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 어레이 기판.

- 컬러 필터 기판을 액정층과 함께 어레이 기판에 부착시킴으로써 형성되는 액정 패널을 포함하는 액정 디스플레이(LCD)로서,상기 어레이 기판은,베이스 기판; 및상기 베이스 기판 상에 제공된 픽셀 전극, 신호 라인, 및 차광 스트립을 포함하며,상기 차광 스트립은 상기 신호 라인의 측하부에 위치되고 상기 베이스 기판에 의해 상기 신호 라인으로부터 이격되며, 굴절 스트립은 상기 차광 스트립과 상기 신호 라인 사이의 갭 위에 그리고 상기 신호 라인의 측부에 위치되고 상기 픽셀 전극과 동일한 층에 위치되며,상기 굴절 스트립은 자신을 통과하여 상기 베이스 기판 면에서 상기 액정층으로 진행하는 광을 상기 신호 라인 방향으로 편향시키며,상기 굴절 스트립은 더 작은 높이를 갖는 쪽이 상기 신호라인과 마주하고 더 큰 높이를 갖는 쪽이 픽셀 전극과 마주하는 단면을 가지며, 상기 굴절 스트립은 상기 액정층보다 작은 굴절률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이.
