Claims (4)
- 전원을 공급하는 전원장치 및 클럭 신호를 주기적으로 출력하는 클럭 발진장치를 구비한 전원공급기에서의 전류 공급장치에 있어서,상기 전원장치로부터의 전원을 공급받아 전류원을 생성하여 내부 디바이스로 공급하는 전류원 공급부와;상기 클럭 발진장치로부터 출력되는 클럭 신호에서 글리치(Glitch) 신호를 제거하는 글리치 제거 수단과;상기 글리치 제거 수단을 통해 글리치 신호가 제거된 클럭 신호에 따라 상기 내부 디바이스의 동작을 온/오프 시키고, 상기 내부 디바이스의 전류량을 가변시키는 제어신호를 출력하여 외부 디바이스의 싱크 전류값을 조절하는 카운터 수단을 포함하며,상기 글리치 제거 수단은, 상기 클럭 발진장치로부터 출력되는 클럭 신호를 소정 시간만큼 딜레이 되도록 시프트 시키는 신호 시프트 수단과; 상기 신호 시프트 수단에 의해 소정 시간만큼 딜레이된 클럭 신호와 상기 클럭 발진장치로부터 출력되는 클럭 신호를 AND 연산 처리하여 상기 카운터 수단으로 인가하는 AND 게이트를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급기에서의 전류 공급장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 카운터 수단으로부터 출력된 제어신호에 의해 가변되는 전류량에 따라 외부 디바이스의 싱크 전류 값을 조절하는 전류 미러모듈을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급기에서의 전류 공급장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 신호 시프트 수단은,상기 클럭 발진장치로부터 출력되는 클럭 신호를 200ns 만큼 딜레이 되도록 시프트 시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급기에서의 전류 공급장치.
