Claims (12)
- 양막 및 상기 양막 상에서 증식시킨 비점막 상피세포로 이루어진 각막 또는 결막 조직 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비점막 상피세포는 뮤신분비세포를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 각막 또는 결막 조직 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양막은 상피가 제거된 양막인 것을 특징으로 하는 각막 또는 결막 조직 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비점막 상피세포는 양막 상에서 중층화된 것을 특징으로 하는 각막 또는 결막 조직 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 양막 및 양막 상에서 증식은 피더세포의 존재 하에서 배양하는 것을 특징으로 하는 각막 또는 결막 조직 시트.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 피더세포는 마우스 3T3, 인간 섬유아세포, 인간 각막 케라토사이트, 양막 상피세포, 골수유래 줄기세포 및 지방유래 줄기세포로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 각막 또는 결막 조직 시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 비점막 상피세포는 비중격(septum) 또는 비갑개(turbinate) 조직으로부터 유래된 것을 특징으로 하는 각막 또는 결막 조직 시트.
- 하기 단계들을 포함하는 각막 또는 결막 조직 시트의 제조방법:a) 비점막 상피세포를 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 비점막 상피세포를 양막 상에 접종하는 단계; 및c) 상기 접종된 비점막 상피세포를 피더세포와 함께 배양하여 중층화하는 단계.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 b)단계에서, 양막은 트립신-EDTA를 이용하여 양막 상피세포를 제거한 양막인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 c)단계에서, 배양은 DMEM과 Ham's의 혼합 배양액으로 덮여있는 상태로 2-10일간 배양하여 양막상에 고르게 자라도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 c)단계 후, 중층화된 비점막 상피세포를 공기 중에 노출시켜 2-14일간 배양하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 양막 및 상기 양막 상에서 증식시킨 비점막 상피세포를 포함하는 동물실험 대체용 인공 각막 또는 결막 조직 시트.
