Claims (4)
- 디스크 볼 타입의 감속기에 있어서,입력측 샤프트(11) 일측단에 설치되어 볼(15)을 가이드할 수 있도록 일면 테두리에 제1 가이드부(16)가 형성되고 일면이 경사진 제1 캠부재(17)와;제1 캠부재(17)의 제1 가이드부(16)에 대응되는 일면 테두리에 연속되도록 제1 외륜 홈(18)이 형성되고, 타측면에는 제2 가이드부(19)을 형성되어 제1, 제2 샤프트에 연결된 연결축부재(14) 끼워지며 일면이 경사진 제2 캠부재(20)로 이루어진 제1 감속부(21)와;제2 캠부재(20)의 제2 가이드부(19)에 대응되도록 일면 테두리에 연속되도록 제2 외륜홈(22)이 형성되고 출력측샤프트(12) 일측 말단부에 설치된 제3 캠부재(23)로 이루어진 제2 감속부(24)와;제1, 제2, 제3 캠부재(17)(20)(23) 외주면에 위치되고 볼(15)(15')과 대응되도록 내면에 내륜홈(26)이 형성된 원통형 하우징(25)과;입력측 샤프트(11)와 출력측 샤프트(12) 외주면과 제1 고정부재(27)와 제2 고정부재(28) 사이에 다수의 베어링(29)이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 내림 형태의 고속 감속기.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1, 제2 캠부재(17)(20)는 일면은 수직각을 이루고 일면은 경사면으로 형성 된 캠 디스크 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 내림 형태의 고속 감속기.
- 제1항에 있어서감속기는 입력측 샤프트와 출력측 사프트 사이에 다수의 연결축 부재를 설치하여 2 이상의 감속부를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 내림 형태의 고속 감속기.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1 캠부재와 제2 캠부재 일면 테두리에 형성된 가이드부는 반홈과 경사면 중 어느 하나로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 내림 형태의 고속 감속기.
