Claims (1)
- 용매에 침지된 복분자 시료를 초음파발생기에서 주파수 40~60kHz로 30~60분간 전처리한 후, 전처리를 완료한 시료 및 용매를 고압추출장치를 이용하여 4,000~6,000atm의 압력을 5~30분간 가해 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연물 추출방법.
