Claims (5)
- 석영 유리제의 발광관 내에, 희가스와 수은이 봉입되고, 한 쌍의 전극을 가지는 쇼트 아크형 수은 램프에 있어서,탄탈 혹은 니오브로 이루어지는 밀폐 용기 내에, 적어도, 이트륨, 지르코늄, 바나듐 중 어느 하나와 희가스가 함께 봉입되고,상기 용기가 상기 전극에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇼트 아크형 수은 램프.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 용기 중에 봉입되는 희가스는, 적어도, 아르곤, 크립톤, 크세논 중 어느 하나를 포함하고, 그 봉입되는 압력 P(Pa)는, 실온에서 P≥70(Pa)인 것을 특징으로 하는 쇼트 아크형 수은 램프.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 용기는 파이프형상이며, 상기 용기 내의 이트륨, 지르코늄, 바나듐은 분체 또는 입자상 또는 선상(線狀)인 것을 특징으로 하는 쇼트 아크형 수은 램프.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 용기는 시트형상이며, 상기 용기 내의 이트륨, 지르코늄, 바나듐은 분 체 또는 입자상 또는 선상인 것을 특징으로 하는 쇼트 아크형 수은 램프.
- 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 용기는 음극을 지지하는 내부 리드에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쇼트 아크형 수은 램프.
