Claims (7)
- 수지원료와 첨가물을 혼련, 용융하고, 용융수지 내에 초임계가스를 주입시켜 사출실린더(115)를 통해 일시에 토출되도록 하는 사출부(110);상기 사출부(110)에서 용융수지를 공급받는 핫 몰드(118) 및 금형(130)이 설치되도록 베이스를 제공하는 형체부(120);상기 형체부(120)에 상부금형(131)이 고정 설치되고, 하부금형(132)이 승하강 가능한 구조로 설치되어 제품의 틀을 형성하는 금형(130);상기 하부금형(132)이 탑재된 형체부 중판(122)을 승하강 작동시키도록 된 유압실린더(140); 및상기 금형(130)으로부터 제품을 자동 취출하도록 된 로봇팔(150);을 포함하는 저압사출기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 사출부(110)는,수지와 첨가물을 일정량으로 투입하는 원료 투입부(111);상기 원료 투입부(111)를 통해 투입된 수지 및 첨가물을 혼련과 동시에 용융하고 이때의 용융수지를 일측방향으로 압출 이송시키는 압출부(112);상기 압출부(112)의 외측에 설치되어 내부의 용융수지에 질소가스를 주입시 키도록 된 질소투입장치(114);상기 압출부(112)로부터 보내진 용융수지를 사출량이 채워질 때까지 계량 및 충전시켜 사출작업시 일시에 방출하도록 하는 사출실린더(115); 및상기 사출실린더(115)로 부터 방출된 용융수지를 금형(130)에 주입시키기 위한 핫몰드(118);를 포함하는 저압사출기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 원료 투입부(111)는,내부에 수지와 첨가물이 골고루 섞여질 수 있도록 스크류를 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압사출기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 압출부(112)는,원통형의 관체 내부에 수지 및 첨가물을 혼련 및 이송시키기 위한 압출스크류(113)를 축방향을 따라 회전가능하게 설치하고, 혼련된 수지 혼합물을 용융시키기 위한 히팅장치를 관체 외부에 감싸지도록 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압사출기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 압출부(112)와 사출실린더(115) 사이에 역류방지용 체크밸브가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압사출기.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 질소투입장치(114)는,65~70㎏/㎠의 일정한 압력으로 압출부(112)의 외부에 설치된 질소노즐을 통해 질소가스를 용융수지에 주입시키도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저압사출기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 형체부(120)는,상부금형(131)과 핫몰드(118)가 결합되는 형체부 상판(121);하부금형(132)이 결합된 상태로 상하 승하강 운동하는 형체부 중판(122); 및상기 형체부 중판(122)을 승하강 운동시키기 위한 유압실린더(140)가 설치되고 전체 형체부(120)의 하중을 지지하도록 된 형체부 하판(123);를 포함하는 저압사출기.
