Abstract
Description
상기 리플렉터는 상기 LED 칩의 높이만큼 상기 통공의 주변 영역이 점점 상승하여 상기 LED 칩의 상단까지 경사지게 맞닿는 경사부를 가지는 것을 그 기술적 구성상의 기본 특징으로 한다.
Claims (8)
- 베이스(10)와, 상기 베이스(10)에 안착되어 빛을 조사하는 LED 조립체(20)와, 상기 베이스(10)를 커버링하는 커버체(30)를 포함하고, 상기 LED 조립체(20)는 LED 칩(21a)이 배열된 PCB(21)와, 상기 LED 칩(21a)을 노출시키는 통공(22a)이 뚫려져 상기 PCB(21)와 함께 상기 베이스(10)에 안착 결합되는 리플렉터(22)를 포함하는 엘이디 등기구에 있어서,상기 리플렉터(22)는 상기 LED 칩(21a)의 높이만큼 상기 통공(22a)의 주변 영역이 점점 상승하여 상기 LED 칩(21a)의 상단까지 경사지게 맞닿는 경사부(22b)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 등기구.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 베이스(10)의 안착되어 상기 PCB(21)를 받쳐주면서 상기 LED 칩(21a)으로부터 발생되는 열을 방열시키는 방열판(23)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 등기구.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 베이스(10)의 측면에 뚫려져 상기 방열판(23)을 식혀주는 환풍구멍(11)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 등기구.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 리플렉터(22)는 상기 LED 칩(21a)이 배열되는 영역은 낮은 평탄부(22c)로 이루어지고, 상기 LED 칩(21a)이 배열되지 않은 영역은 높은 볼록부(22d)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 등기구.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 볼록부(22d)와 평탄부(22c)의 조합에 의해 전체적으로 파도형으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 등기구.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 볼록부(22d)는 뾰족하게 높아지는 산(山) 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 등기구.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 커버체(30)는상기 베이스(10)를 커버링하여 상기 LED 칩(21a)으로부터 조사되는 빛을 회절 굴절 및 확산시키는 엠보싱이 형성된 도광판(31)과,상기 도광판(31)을 상기 베이스(10)에 고정하는 프레임(32)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 등기구.
