Description

可加大照射範圍的光源模組及燈具結構
本創作係有關一種可加大照射範圍的光源模組,尤指一種經特殊設計而可將光線導引至後方的光源模組及燈具結構。
一般之光源模組,藉由發光原理的不同,可分為許多型式,其中又以使用發光二極體作為其光源的光源模組,因為其具有良好的光轉換效率、波長固定以及光亮、光質可調整之特性而成為當今最被廣為使用的光源模組之一,除此之外,發光二極體更具有體積小、低發熱量且使用壽命較長之優勢。
然而,此類之光源模組即使擁有許多優點,卻仍有其先天之缺陷,是因光源本身不論其發光原理為何,皆仍受限於其照射範圍的方向性,一般來說,發光二極體光源的照射範圍約為120度,故其向前方直射的正向光最強,而側邊及後方之光源則相對較弱甚至無法照明,因此造成所謂的無效區域(或稱暗區),為了加強該些無效區域之照明,經常就需要加設更多照明燈具以加強其照明效果,卻徒增了能源的浪費及消耗。
緣是,本創作人有感上述缺失之可改善,乃特潛心研究並配合學理之運用,終於提出一種設計合理且有效改善上述缺失之本創作。
本創作之主要目的,在於提供一種可加大照射範圍的光源模組及燈具結構,在妥善的設計之下,可將光源導引至其後方,減少無效區域,進而加大照射範圍。
為達成上述目的,本創作提供一種可加大照射範圍的光源模組,包括:一呈弧形的導光柱,該導光柱之表面形成有數個微結構;以及二發光二極體光源,與該導光柱之兩端相對應。
本創作另外提供一種燈具結構,包括:至少一呈弧形的導光柱,該導光柱之表面形成有數個微結構;至少二發光二極體光源,與所述之導光柱之兩端相對應;一散熱部,其側面設有數個散熱鰭片,該散熱部一端設有一電源座,該散熱部另一端設有一接觸面;以及一導熱部,其連接於該接觸面之上,該導熱部上裝設有所述之導光柱。

請參閱圖1至圖3,本創作為一種可加大照射範圍的光源模組,包括有:一呈弧狀的導光柱1、數個形成於其表面的微結構11、設置於該導光柱1兩端的二容置空間12,以及與該導光柱1之兩端相對應的二發光二極體光源13。
該微結構11係為一系列經過計算及實驗後所設計而成之特殊構造,其形狀可呈角錐狀、圓錐狀、或者圓球狀(如圖5A、5B、5C所示),且散布於該導光柱1之表面上。該二發光二極體光源13可容置於該導光柱1之二容置空間12中,並且電性連接於一導熱部3,該二發光二極體光源13係藉由該導熱部3驅動電力而產生照明光線,其光線行經該導光柱1並且受該些微結構11之影響,而產生各種如預期之效果諸如散射、折射、及反射等(如圖4所示),其目的在於將光線逐步引導至該光源模組之後方,以減少無效區(暗區),並加大其照射範圍。
本創作另外提供一種燈具結構,除包括上述光源模組外,進一步包括一散熱部2,其側面設有數片散熱鰭片21,該散熱部2之一端設有一電源座22,另一端設有一接觸面23;以及一導熱部3。
該些散熱鰭片21係相互間隔排列於該散熱部2之側面,其功用為增大與空氣間之接觸面積以加速對流,藉此加速散熱,該電源座22係為金屬材質,可連接於外接之電源並且導電,該接觸面23上設有一孔洞(圖略),用以做電源之連接。
該導熱部3為一電路板,其一側設有數個發光二極體光源13,另一側則設有二條電源線(圖略),該二條電源線係穿透過該孔洞並且電性連接於該電源座22,當形成通路時即可驅動該些發光二極體光源13以達到照明之目的。該導熱部3係連接於該接觸面23之上,藉此將該些發光二極體光源13所產生之熱能,經由熱傳導之方式,從該接觸面23將熱導引至該些散熱鰭片21以進行對流而散熱。本實施例中同時具有三組光源模組,該三組光源模組之排列方式呈等角度間隔設置,惟上述光源模組之數量及排列方式實際上並無特定限制。
本創作之可加大照射範圍的光源模組,藉由導光柱以及微結構之設計,可有效的引導光線以減少無效區,進而達到其加大照射範圍之目的,並且,該導光柱具有設計小巧之特色,故可一次安裝數個於該導熱部之上,以加大該光源模組之亮度。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種可加大照射範圍的光源模組,包括:一呈弧形的導光柱,該導光柱之表面形成有數個微結構;以及二發光二極體光源,與該導光柱之兩端相對應。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可加大照射範圍的光源模組,其中該導光柱之兩端皆設有一容置空間,該二發光二極體光源容置於該二容置空間中。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可加大照射範圍的光源模組,其中該導光柱表面所形成之微結構呈角錐狀、圓錐狀、或圓球狀。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第3項所述之可加大照射範圍的光源模組,其中該導光柱表面所形成之微結構係散布在該導光柱之表面。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之可加大照射範圍的光源模組,其中該二發光二極體光源係連接於一導熱部上。
  6. 一種燈具結構,包括:至少一呈弧形的導光柱,該導光柱之表面形成有數個微結構;至少二發光二極體光源,與所述之導光柱之兩端相對應;一散熱部,其設有數個散熱鰭片,該散熱部一端設有一電源座,該散熱部另一端設有一接觸面;以及一導熱部,其連接於該接觸面之上,該導熱部上裝設有所述之導光柱。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之燈具結構,其中所述導光柱之兩 端皆設有一容置空間,所述發光二極體光源係容置於所述容置空間中。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之燈具結構,其中該些散熱鰭片呈相互間隔排列。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之燈具結構,其中該導熱部為一電路板。
