Claims (3)
- C: 0.60중량% 이하, Si: 0.5중량% 이하, P: 0.04중량% 이하, S: 0.04중량% 이하, Al: 0.01 ~ 0.15중량%, Mn: 2.0중량% 이하, Cr: 2.4중량% 이하, Mo: 0.5중량% 이하, B: 40ppm 이하, 나머지는 Fe 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어진 용강을 연주 공정을 통해 선재용 주편을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 연주 공정의 조업 조건 중에서 주조속도를 0.50 ~ 0.90 m/min, 모울드 EMS의 전류치를 250 ~ 450 Amp, 턴디쉬 스토퍼에서 분사되는 불활성 가스의 유량을 1.0 ~ 2.0 ℓ/min로 각각 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 품질이 우수한 선재용 주편의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 모울드 EMS는 연속 주조기의 모울드 둘레에 설치되고, 다상 교류 전압을 상기 모울드에 따라 배치된 전자석에 연결하여 이동 자기장을 형성함으로써 이 이동 자기장이 용강을 교반시켜 균일한 응고를 유도하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 품질이 우수한 선재용 주편의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 불활성 가스는 아르곤 가스(Ar)인 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 품질이 우수한 선재용 주편의 제조방법.
