Claims (9)
- 일측에 흡입구가 형성되고 타측에 송풍구가 형성된 케이싱과;상기 케이싱의 흡입구 측에 마련된 공기 청정용 에어필터와;천연 숯, 황토 및 한지 중 어느 하나 이상이 혼합된 천연필터로서, 항균성 및 흡습성 재질로 이루어져 상기 케이싱의 송풍구 측에 마련되며, 점차적으로 단면이 협소해지는 다수의 토출공이 길이방향으로 형성된 기화부재와;상기 에어필터와 기화부재 사이에 배치되어 BLDC모터에 의해 구동하는 팬으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정형 기화식 가습기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기화부재의 상부에 형성된 토출공의 출구 직경은 상기 기화부재의 하부에 형성된 토출공의 출구 직경보다 작게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 고정형 기화식 가습기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 토출공은 상기 기화부재의 중심으로부터 방사상에 등간격으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정형 기화식 가습기.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 기화부재의 중앙에는 아로마 향 등의 천연향을 보관하는 저장부가 형성되고, 상기 저장부의 일측에는 아로마 향 등의 천연향을 보충할 수 있는 주입구가 형성되며, 상기 저장부에는 상기 토출공 사이에 벤투리(Venturi)관이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정형 기화식 가습기.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 토출공의 외곽에는 서로 연통된 급수유로가 길이방향으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정형 기화식 가습기.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱에는 건물의 벽면 또는 천장에 고정되는 중공의 지지대가 추가로 연결되며, 이 지지대 내부에는 상기 급수유로에 연통되는 급수관로 및 배수관로가 배관된 것을 특징으로 하는 고정형 기화식 가습기.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 케이싱 내부에는 컨트롤러가 추가로 마련되어, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 BLDC모터에 공급되는 전압을 제어하여 송풍량 및 가습량을 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 고정형 기화식 가습기.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤러는 습도센서를 포함한 PCB로 이루어져, 상기 습도센서에서 검출된 습도에 따라 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 BLDC모터의 작동 여부 및 회전속도를 능동적으로 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고정형 기화식 가습기.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 급수관로의 중단에는 제어밸브가 마련되며, 이 제어밸브는 상기 컨트롤러에 의하여 급수 여부 및 급수량을 조절 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 고정형 기화식 가습기.
