Abstract
Description
복합재료 물품을 제조하기 위한 시스템으로서,
위에 토우를 적용하기 위한 굴대와, 축주위로 상기 굴대를 회전시키기 위한 축받이를 구비하는 공구와;
토우 스풀을 분리가능하게 체결하기 위한 스핀들과, 상기 굴대 위에서 토우를 누르기 위한 압착장치와, 상기 스풀로부터 상기 압착 롤러로의 통로를 구비하는, 토우를 배치하기 위한 엔드 이펙터; 및
공구에 대하여 상기 엔드 이펙터를 위치결정시키기 위하여 상기 축받이와 협동하여 작동하는 위치결정 장치;를 구비하고,
여기에서 상기 엔드 이펙터는 위치결정 장치에 분리가능하게 체결되고, 릴리즈가 엔드 이펙터와 위치결정장치를 체결하고 분리시키기 위하여 전자적으로 제어가능하고;
진공 소스와;
상기 진공 소스에 유체적으로 접속되고 토우로부터 백킹을 제거하도록 구성된 진공노즐;을 더 구비하고;
여기에서 상기 엔드 이펙터는 하나 이상의 섬유, 호일, 미리 절단된 프리프레그 조각, 직물, 슬릿 테이프, 테이프, 접착 필름 및 서피서(surfacer) 필름을 분배하도록 구성되고;
토우로부터 백킹을 제거하도록 구성된 테이크엎(take-up) 스풀;
오프라인 스테이션; 및
상기 오프라인 스테이션에 배치된 복수의 상호교환가능한 엔드 이펙터;를 더 구비하고,
여기에서 상기 위치결정장치는 복수의 상호교환가능한 엔드 이펙터들중의 엔드 이펙터들을 분리가능하게 체결하도록 구성된다.
Claims (21)
- 복합재료 물품을 제조하는 장치로서,토우를 배치하기 위한 엔드 이펙터와 이 엔드 이펙터를 위치결정하기 위한 위치결정 장치를 구비하고,상기 엔드 이펙터는 토우 스풀을 분리가능하게 체결하기 위한 스핀들과, 고정수단에 미끄럼이동 가능하게 체결되고 그리고 그 위에 코스재료가 적용되어 물품을 제조하도록된 폼의 오정렬을 수용하기 위한 공압 실린더를 포함하는 압착 장치및, 상기 스풀로부터 상기 압착장치로의 통로를 구비하며,상기 엔드 이펙터는 위치결정장치에 분리가능하게 체결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엔드 이펙터와 위치결정장치를 체결하고 분리시키기 위하여 전자적으로 제어가능한 릴리즈를 더 구비하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,복수의 상호교환가능한 엔드 이펙터를 더 구비하고, 여기에서 상기 위치결정장치는 복수의 상호교환가능한 엔드 이펙터들중의 엔드 이펙터들을 분리가능하게 체결하도록 구성되는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 위치결정장치는 복수의 상호교환가능한 엔드 이펙터들중 하나를 대략 20초 내에 복수의 상호교환가능한 엔드 이펙터들중 다른 것으로 대체하도록 구성되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 엔드 이펙터는 하나 이상의 섬유, 호일, 미리 절단된 프리프레그 조각, 직물, 슬릿 테이프, 테이프, 접착 필름 및 서피서(surfacer) 필름을 분배하도록 구성되는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 통로는 방향바꿈 도르래와, 토우의 이동을 실질적으로 정지시키기 위한 클램프와, 토우를 절단하기 위한 절단 조립체, 및 압착장치 쪽으로 토우를 공급하기 위한 재시작 롤러를 더 구비하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압착장치는 기판 위에서 토우를 누르기 위한 롤러를 포함하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압착장치는 기판 위에서 토우를 누르기 위한 스위프(sweep)를 포함하는 장치.
