Claims (12)
- 정보가 저장되는 기록층;상기 기록층 상부에 배치되며, 수 내지 수백 나노미터 크기의 구조를 가진 복수의 나노 개구가 일정 간격으로 형성 및 배열되어 있는 금속 박막; 및상기 금속 박막 상에 배치되는 보호층을 포함하며,상기 금속 박막은 상기 기록층에 정보를 저장하기 위해 제공되는 광의 파장대에서 광의 흡수가 다른 파장대에서의 광의 흡수보다 상대적으로 적은 금속막이고,상기 보호층 상부로부터 조사된 광이 상기 나노 개구를 통과하면서 상기 기록층의 물리적 특성을 가변시킴으로써 정보가 저장되는 고밀도 정보 저장 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기록층 하부에, 상기 기록층을 지지하는 기판이 더 배치되고,상기 금속 박막과 상기 보호층 사이에 이종 금속막이 더 개재되며,상기 기판과 상기 기록층 사이에 후방 금속막이 더 개재되는 고밀도 정보 저장 매체.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 나노 개구는 상기 기록층의 데이터 저장 위치에 대응되도록 배열되는 고밀도 정보 저장 매체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 나노 개구는 상기 금속 박막내에서 트랙 형태를 이루도록 연속적으로 배열되는 고밀도 정보 저장 매체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 나노 개구의 배열 간격은 집속된 광원이 나노 개구내에서(나노 개구 후방의 기록층에서) 서로 겹치지 않을 정도의 범위인 고밀도 정보 저장 매체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 나노 개구 각각의 평면 형태는 보우 타이(bow tie) 구조, C자형 구조 또는 H자형 구조를 갖는 고밀도 정보 저장 매체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 입사광에 따라 비선형 특성이 가변되는 물질인 고밀도 정보 저장 매체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 As2S3, a-Si, InSb, Cu-SiO2, Ni-SiO2, Cu-Ni-SiO2, Cu-Al2O3 과 같은 금속-유전체 복합물, 반도체 양자점 유전체 복합 재료, II-IV족 화합물 또는 III-V족 화합물을 유리나 레진(resin)에 분산시킨 복합 물질인 고밀도 정보 저장 매체.
