Claims (5)
- 폴리에스터 원착 섬유의 제조방법에 있어서,카본 블랙계 무기 입자를 10∼40중량% 함유하는 폴리에스터 마스터 배치 칩 및 일반 폴리에스터 칩을 혼합 용융하여 폴리머를 제조하는 단계;상기 폴리머를 방사노즐에 의해 방사하고 중앙 환상 배출형 냉각장치 및 노즐 보온히터를 구비하는 냉각장치를 이용하여 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하고,그리고 상기 방사노즐과 노즐 보온히터 사이의 이격 거리가 하기 수학식 1을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 원착 섬유의 제조방법.[수학식 1]20K ≤ 방사노즐과 노즐 보온히터 사이의 이격 거리(L: mm) ≤ 40K(K: 섬유 유연지수, K = 단사섬도 × 이형도)
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 카본 블랙계 무기 입자는 평균입경이 10∼100㎚이며 평균 입경 이하의 입자 크기를 갖는 카본 블랙 입자가 전체 입자 대비 50중량% 이상 70중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스터 원착 섬유의 제조방법.
- 제 1항의 방법으로 제조되고, 섬유내 카본 블랙계 무기입자의 함량이 1.2∼2 중량%, 단사섬도가 0.5∼1데니어, 흑색 농도(Color L) 12∼15, 균제도(Uster %) 0.1∼1.5, 세탁 및 일광 견뢰도가 4급 이상인 폴리에스터 원착 섬유.
- 제 3항의 폴리에스터 원착 섬유를 이용하여 제조된 자동차 내장재용 직물.
- 제 3항의 폴리에스터 원착 섬유를 이용하여 제조된 자동차 내장재용 편성물.
