Claims (10)
- 적어도 하나의 자기전기(magnetoelectric) 변환기 소자(5), 및적어도 하나의 자속 전도체(3,4;9,10;14,15,20,21)와 적어도 하나의 자석(2;11,30)으로 이루어진 자기 회로를 포함하고,상기 변환기 소자(5)에 의해 측정될 수 있는 자속의 영향이 적어도 하나의 자석의 이동에 의해 야기되는 패스 센서(path sensor)에 있어서,상기 자속 전도체들(3,4; 9,10;14,15,20,21) 및 상기 변환기 소자(5)는 패스 측정동안 서로에 대해 불변하게 놓이고, 상기 자속 전도체들(3,4; 9,10;14,15,20,21)과 상기 적어도 하나의 자석(2;11,30)은 서로 상대 이동될 수 있고,상기 변환기 소자(5)에 의해 평가될 수 있는 자계의 변화는 상기 자석(2;11,30)의 이동 동안 자기 회로 내의 에어갭의 폭(d)의 변화에 의해 이루어질 수 있고,상기 자속 전도체들(20, 21)이 거의 일정한 벽두께를 가지고,상기 자속 전도체들(20, 21)이 적어도 개방 영역(22)에서는 곡선 형태를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스 센서.

- 제 1항에 있어서,자속 전도체들(20, 21)의 내측면들(20a, 21a)이 적어도 하나의 서로 평행하게 진행하는 섹션을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 패스 센서가 선형 패스 센서(1a; 1b)이고, 상기 자속 전도체들(3,4;9,10,20,21)과 상기 자석(2;11,30)의 상대 이동의 패스 코스(6)가 직선인 것을 특징으로 하는 패스 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 패스 센서는 각센서(1c)이고, 상기 변환기 소자(5) 및 자속 전도체들(14,15)과 자석(2)의 상대 이동의 패스 코스(12)가 원형 또는 원호형(segment of a circle)인 것을 특징으로 하는 패스 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자속 전도체들(3,4;9,10,20,21)은 상기 변환기 소자(5)의 영역에 상기 변환기 소자(5)로 안내되는 돌출부(7,8)를 자속 집중기로서 각각 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 패스 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 변환기 소자가 홀 소자(5)인 것을 특징으로 하는 패스 센서.
