- 삭제
- 채집된 모패를 각폭과 좌우 패각의 각정 간격에 의해 암수를 선별한 후 암컷의 산란이 완료된 수조에 수컷으로부터 방정된 정자를 투입하여 수정란을 얻는 수정란준비단계와;해수를 여과하여 해수 중의 이물질을 제거한 후 자외선을 조사하여 살균처리한 해수로 상기 수정란을 세척하는 세란단계와;상기 수정란을 부화조에 수용하여 부화시키는 부화단계와;상기 부화조에서 부화된 부화유생을 유생 사육조에서 5 내지 10개체/1mL로 수용하여 10 내지 25일 동안 사육하며, 사육수는 필터로 여과한 후 자외선 조사 처리하여 2일마다 전량 환수하되 거름망을 이용하여 전체 유생을 수거한 후 환수하는 유생사육단계와;상기 유생 사육조에서 사육된 유생을 양파망 속에 모지망을 채운 채묘기에 부착시켜 10 내지 40일 동안 사육하는 채묘단계;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 꼬막 종묘의 생산 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유생사육단계는 해수에 농업용 비료를 혼합한 배지에서 배양된 해양 미세조류를 급이하여 사육하는 것을 특징으로 하는 꼬막 종묘의 생산 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 농업용 비료는 상기 해수 1ℓ를 기준으로 질소 16.47 내지 24.71mg, 인 1.73 내지 2.60mg을 함유하며,상기 배지는 상기 해양 미세조류의 세포분열 촉진을 위한 사이토키닌과, 면역강화를 위한 아르기닌 또는 비타민액이 더 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 꼬막 종묘의 생산 방법.
