Abstract
Description
장전되는 냉각장치유닛(20)의 기계설치플레이트(21)에는 냉기배출구(22)를 기계실바닥판(6)에 뚫어진 냉기유입구(8)와 일치되게 뚫어 냉각장치유닛(20)에서 발생하는 냉기를 냉기배출구(22)와 냉기유입구(8)를 통해 식품저장실(4)로 공급하며, 기계실바닥판(6)에 하나 이상 형성된 냉기유입구(8)의 양측에는 한 쌍의 가이드레일(35)을 각각 나란하게 설치하고 상기 냉기유입구(8)의 상측에 설치되는 냉각장치유닛(20)은 가이드레일(35)을 따라 슬라이딩하여 정전 및 인출할 수 있도록 된 냉동고에 있어서;
상기 냉기유입구(8)의 하측에는 가이드판(8-1)을 설치한 것과;
기계실바닥판(6)에 설치된 가이드레일(35)의 후단에는 장전되는 냉각장치유닛(20)을 셋팅하는 셋팅클립(30)을 장착한 것;을 특징으로 하는 냉동고에 의해 달성된다.
상기 기계실바닥판(6)에서 가이드레일(35)의 후단에는 셋팅클립(30)을 각각 설치하여 가이드레일(35)을 따라 결합(장전)되는 각 냉각장치유닛(20)을 셋팅(정지 및 억류)시킬 수 있도록 하였다.
상기 셋팅클립(30)에 의해 셋팅되는 각 냉각장치유닛(20)는 냉기배출구(22)가 기계실바닥판(6)의 각 냉각장치유닛(20)의 냉기배출구(22)와 일치되도록 하여, 냉각장치유닛(20)에서 발생하여 냉기배출구(22)를 통해 배출되는 냉기가 냉기유입구(8)를 통하여 식품저장실(4)로 공급되도록 하였다.
상기 증발기(26)의 상측에는 커버(29)를 씌워 냉기가 비산되어 허비되는 것을 방지하면서 냉기를 식품저장실(4)에 공급하여 효율을 향상시킬 수 있도록 하였고, 냉각장치유닛(20)을 외부로 인출하였을 때에 증발기(26)가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 하여 미관을 미려하게 유지시킬 수 있도록 하였다.

- 본체(2)에서 도어(3)가 전면에 장착된 식품저장실(4)의 상측에는 배면이 개방형으로 된 기계실(5)을 형성하고, 상기 기계실(5)의 기계실바닥(6)에는 냉기유입구(8)를 형성하며, 상기 냉기유입구(8)의 상측에는 콤프레셔(23)와 응축기팬(25)과 응축기(24) 및 증발기(26)와 냉기 송풍팬(27)이 장착된 냉각장치유닛(20)을 설치하며, 기계실(5)에 장전되는 냉각장치유닛(20)의 기계설치플레이트(21)에는 냉기배출구(22)를 기계실바닥판(6)에 뚫어진 냉기유입구(8)와 일치되게 뚫어 냉각장치유닛(20)에서 발생하는 냉기를 냉기배출구(22)와 냉기유입구(8)를 통해 식품저장실(4)로 공급하며, 기계실바닥판(6)에 하나 이상 형성된 냉기유입구(8)의 양측에는 한 쌍의 가이드레일(35)을 각각 나란하게 설치하고 상기 냉기유입구(8)의 상측에 설치되는 냉각장치유닛(20)은 가이드레일(35)을 따라 슬라이딩하여 정전 및 인출할 수 있도록 된 냉동고에 있어서;상기 냉기유입구(8)의 하측에는 가이드판(8-1)을 설치한 것과;기계실바닥판(6)에 설치된 가이드레일(35)의 후단에는 장전되는 냉각장치유닛(20)을 셋팅하는 셋팅클립(30)을 장착한 것;을 특징으로 하는 냉동고.
