- 제1 기판 상에 블랙 매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와;상기 블랙 매트릭스를 노출시키는 제1 관통홀을 갖는 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계와;상기 제1 관통홀과 중첩되는 제2 관통홀을 갖는 평탄화층을 형성하는 단계와;잉크젯 분사방식을 이용하여 상기 제1 및 제2 관통홀에 삽입되어 상기 블랙매트릭스와 중첩되며 평탄화층에서 돌출된 스페이서를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 스페이서는 2~5㎛의 높이를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제1 관통홀은 1~2㎛의 높이와 10~70㎛의 선폭을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제2 관통홀은 상기 제1 관통홀의 선폭보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제1 기판과 대향하는 제2 기판을 형성하는 단계와;상기 제2 기판 상에 화소전극을 형성하는 단계와;상기 화소전극과 수평전계를 이루는 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.
- 기판 상에 블랙 매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와;상기 블랙 매트릭스가 형성된 기판 상에 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계와;상기 컬러필터 및 블랙 매트릭스를 덮도록 평탄화층을 형성하는 단계와;상기 컬러필터 및 평탄화층을 관통하여 상기 블랙매트릭스를 노출시키는 관통홀을 형성하는 단계와;상기 관통홀에 삽입되어 상기 블랙매트릭스와 중첩되며 평탄화층에서 돌출된 스페이서를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.
