Claims (8)
- 블랙 매트릭스의 형성을 위한 홈이 형성된 기판과;상기 홈에 형성되며 셀영역을 구획하는 블랙 매트릭스와;상기 블랙 매트릭스에 의해 구획된 셀영역 및 블랙 매트릭스 상부에 형성된 컬러필터를 구비하고,상기 홈의 하면과 측면은 직각으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컬러필터 상에 형성되며 상기 기판과 대향하는 제2 기판 상에 형성되는 화소전극과 수직전계를 이루는 공통전극을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공통전극 상에 형성된 스페이서와;상기 스페이서가 형성된 공통전극 상에 형성된 배향막을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기판과 대향되는 제2 기판 상에 형성된 화소전극과;상기 제2 기판 상에 형성됨과 아울러 상기 화소전극과 수평전계를 이루는 공 통전극을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널.
- 기판 상에 블랙 매트릭스의 형성을 위한 홈을 형성하는 단계와;상기 홈에 위치하여 셀영역을 구획하는 블랙 매트릭스를 형성하는 단계와;상기 블랙 매트릭스에 의해 구획된 셀영역 및 블랙매트릭스 상부에 형성된 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 홈의 하면과 측면은 직각으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 컬러필터 상에 위치하며 상기 기판과 대향하는 제2 기판 상에 형성되는 화소전극과 수직전계를 이루는 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 공통전극 상에 형성된 스페이서를 형성하는 단계와;상기 스페이서가 형성된 공통전극 상에 배향막을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 기판과 대향되는 제2 기판 상에 형성된 화소전극과 수평전계를 이루며 상기 제2 기판 상에 위치하는 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징 으로 하는 액정표시패널의 제조방법.
