Description
Claims (18)
- 캄토테신 유도체, 고상 폴리에틸렌글리콜 및 회합방지제로서 폴리에틸렌글리콜 토코페롤 숙신산 에스테르를 포함하는, 캄토테신 유도체의 나노입자 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 캄토테신 유도체가 물에 대한 용해도가 10 ㎍/ml 이하인 화합물인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 캄토테신 유도체가 캄토테신 또는 7-에틸-10-히드록시캄토테신인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고상 폴리에틸렌글리콜은 중량평균 분자량이 1,500 내지 20,000 달톤인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 고상 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 양 말단기가 히드록시기, 알킬기 또는 아실기로 보호된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고상 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 함량이 캄토테신 유도체의 중량에 대하여 50 내지 1000배인 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노입자 조성물이 동결건조 제형인 조성물.
- 삭제
- (a) 고상 폴리에틸렌글리콜에 캄토테신 유도체를 용융시키는 단계;(b) 상기 (a)에서 얻은 용융액을 냉각시켜 고체분산체를 형성시키는 단계; 및(c) 상기 (b)에서 얻은 고체분산체를 폴리에틸렌글리콜 토코페롤 숙신산 에스테르의 수용액에 용해시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 나노입자 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, (c) 단계에서 얻어진 수용액을 동결건조시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, (a) 단계에서 용융온도가 60 내지 180 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, (a) 단계에서 메탄올, 에탄올, 디클로로메탄, 아세톤 또는 아세토니트릴로부터 선택되는 유기용매를 사용하고, 감압 하에 유기용매를 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
