Description
Claims (9)
- 복수개의 데이터라인과, 복수개의 스캔라인이 매트릭스 형태로 교차되어 다수의 구분된 화소영역을 형성하고,상기 일 데이터라인과 일 스캔라인에 연결되는 스위칭 트랜지스터와;상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 출력을 입력받아 응답하며 제1전압에 연결되는 제1전류 구동용 트랜지스터와;제2전압에 연결되고, 또한 상기 제2전압의 입력에 응답하는 제2전류 구동용 트랜지스터와;상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 출력단과 제1전압에 연결되는 커패시터와;상기 제1 및 제2 전류 구동용 트랜지스터의 출력단에 양극이 연결되고, 음극이 제3전압과 연결되는 발광소자를 포함하여 일 화소를 구성하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 이엘 디스플레이 장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터라인으로 입력되는 데이터 신호는 반주기 간격으로 포지티브와 네거티브로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 이엘 디스플레이 장치
- 청구항 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 트랜지스터는 PMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 이엘 디스플레이 장치
- 복수개의 데이터라인과, 복수개의 스캔라인이 매트릭스 형태로 교차되어 다수의 구분된 화소영역을 형성하고,상기 일 데이터라인과 일 스캔라인에 연결되는 스위칭 트랜지스터와;상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 출력을 입력받아 응답하며 제1전압에 연결되는 제1전류 구동용 트랜지스터와;제2전압에 연결되고 상기 제1전류구동용 트랜지스터의 출력을 입력받아 응답하는 제2전류 구동용 트랜지스터와;상기 스위칭 트랜지스터의 출력단과 제1전압에 연결되는 커패시터와;상기 제1 및 제2 전류 구동용 트랜지스터의 출력단에 양극이 연결되고, 음극이 제3전압과 연결되는 발광소자를 포함하여 일 화소를 구성하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 이엘 디스플레이 장치
- 청구항 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 데이터라인으로 입력되는 데이터 신호는 반주기 간격으로 포지티브와 네거티브로 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 이엘 디스플레이 장치
- 청구항 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 스위칭 트랜지스터와 제2전류구동용 트랜지스터는 NMOS 트랜지스터이고, 상기 제1전류구동용 트랜지스터는 PMOS 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 유기 이엘 디스플레이 장치
