- 진공 상태의 반응로를 가열하는 단계;상기 반응로의 반응공간으로 소스 가스와 금속 촉매를 공급하여 탄소나노튜브를 생성하는 유동 합성 단계를 포함하되;상기 반응로를 가열하는 단계에서;소스가스를 상기 반응공간으로 분산시키는 분산판의 온도는 상기 반응로의 반응 공간의 온도보다 낮게 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소 나노 튜브 생성 방법.
