Claims (6)
- 금속촉매, 탄화수소 계열 가스, 그리고 유동 기체를 공급받으며, 탄소나노튜브가 생성되는 반응 공간을 제공하는 반응로; 및
상기 반응 공간 내에 위치되어, 상기 금속촉매의 유동화를 향상시키는 회전 가능한 회전체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 탄소나노튜브 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회전체는,
구동부와;
상기 구동부로부터 회전력을 제공받는 회전축과;
상기 반응로의 반응 공간 내에 설치되며, 상기 회전축에 설치되는 회전 프레임을 구비하되,
상기 회전 프레임은 중앙에 개구를 갖는 사각 틀 형상으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 탄소나노튜브 생성 장치. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 회전체는,
구동부와;
상기 구동부로부터 회전력을 제공받는 회전축과;
상기 회전축에 수직하게 제공되며 상하 방향으로 이격되게 위치되는 지지대들과;
상기 회전축과 평행하게 제공되며, 상기 지지대들의 끝단에 연결되는 블레이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 탄소나노튜브 생성 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 회전체는 아래면이 오목한 하향 날개를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 탄소나노튜브 생성 장치. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 회전체는 윗면이 오목한 상향 날개를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 탄소나노튜브 생성 장치. - 반응로 내로 금속촉매, 탄화수소 계열 가스, 그리고 유동 기체를 공급하여 상기 반응로 내에서 탄소나노튜브를 생성시키되, 상기 반응로 내에서 회전 프레임을 회전시켜 상기 금속촉매의 유동화를 향상시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 유동층 탄소나노튜브 생성 방법.
