Claims (7)
- 전기저항이 낮은 카본이 포함되어 있는 부유입자를 대전시키는 코로나 방전형 대전부와, 이 대전부의 하류에서 구형파 고전압을 인가하는 것에 의하여 상기 부유입자의 집진을 행하는 집진부를 구비한 전기집진장치로서,상기 구형파 고전압의 주파수가 0.1Hz~2Hz인 구형파 고전압 발생부를 구비하고, 상기 부유입자에 의한 여러개의 구슬형상의 극판 응집 입자를 구형의 응집 입자로 변환시켜서 응집을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기집진장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,대전부의 전극은 선(線) 대(對) 평판 전극의 구조이고,상기 집진부의 전극은 평행 평판 전극의 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기집진장치.
- 전기저항이 낮은 카본이 포함되어 있는 부유입자를 대전시키는 코로나 방전형 대전부와,이 대전부의 하류에서 구형파 교류 고전압을 인가하는 것에 의하여 상기 부유입자의 집진을 행하는 집진부를,구비한 교류 전계형 전기 집진 장치로서,상기 구형파 교류 고전압의 전압 변화율 dV/dt가 50V/msec 내지 2000V/msec의 범위 내인 구형파 교류 고전압 발생부를 구비하고, 상기 부유입자에 의한 여러개의 구슬형상의 극판 응집 입자를 구형의 응집 입자로 변화시켜서 집진을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기집진장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,대전부의 전극은 선 대 평판 전극의 구조이고,상기 집진부의 전극은 평행평판전극의 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기집진장치.
