- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 테스트 미디어 (362) 를 광학 리더 (366) 로 리딩하는 단계; 및상기 광학 리딩의 결과를 표시하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체액의 테스트 미디어 접촉 방법.
- 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 테이프 (322) 를 전진시켜 상기 랜싯 (328) 을 저장위치로 전진시키는 단계에서,테스트 미디어로의 체액의 직접 운반을 용이하게 하기 위해 광학 리더 (366) 가 상기 테스트 미디어 (362) 를 상기 랜싯 개구 (370) 쪽으로 변위시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 체액의 테스트 미디어 접촉 방법.
- 체액 샘플링 장치로서,랜싯 개구 (370) 를 가지는 하우징;날카로운 팁 (331) 을 규정하는 원위부 및 랜싯 길이부를 가지는 최소한 하나의 랜싯 (328) 과 최소한 하나의 테스트 미디어 (362) 를 가지는 운반용 테이프 (322) 를 포함하고,상기 테스트 미디어 (362) 는 상기 랜싯과는 별도의 위치에서 테이프 내에 직접 위치하여 상기 테스트 미디어와 상기 랜싯의 팁이 테이프 내에서 구분되게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체액 샘플링 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 운반용 테이프 (322) 는 복수의 랜싯 및 복수의 테스트 미디어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체액 샘플링 장치.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 랜싯 (328) 은 상기 운반용 테이프의 길이부를 따라 종방향 슬롯 (326) 을 규정하는 한 쌍의 측 부재 (324) 사이에서 상기 운반용 테이프에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체액 샘플링 장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,상기 랜싯 팁 (331) 은 무균 커버 (332) 하에서 보호되고, 전체 랜싯은 보유 재료에 의해 덮여 있으며,상기 보유 재료 (330) 는 상기 측 부재에 부착되고, 상기 보유 재료에서 전방 및 후방 오목부 개구 (340, 342) 에 의해 노출된 부분을 제외하고 상기 랜싯을 덮고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 체액 샘플링 장치.
