Claims (31)
- a) 글루코스 중합체를 제공하는 단계;b) 상기 글루코스 중합체에 호산성 호열성 유기체에 대한 미생물 오염도(bioburden) 시험을 수행하여 알리시클로바실러스 아시도칼다리우스(Alicyclobacillus acidocaldarius)의 존재를 검출하는 단계;c) 상기 글루코스 중합체를 멸균하는 단계;d) 상기 글루코스 중합체에 펩티도글리칸과 반응할 수 있는 시약을 첨가하는 단계;e) 펩티도글리칸의 양을 측정하는 단계; 및f) 펩티도글리칸이 충분히 낮은 수준으로 존재하는 것으로 측정되는 경우, 상기 멸균된 글루코스 중합체를 사용하여 투석액을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고, 여기서 상기 펩티도글리칸의 충분히 낮은 수준이 10 ng/mL 이하인, 투석액의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약과의 반응이 세린 프로테아제 캐스케이드를 개시하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 세린 프로테아제 캐스케이드가 프로페놀 옥시다제 캐스케이드를 포함하는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시약이 누에 유충 혈장(silkworm larvae plasma)으로부터 유래한 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 펩티도글리칸의 양을 펩티도글리칸과 시약 사이의 반응에 따른 비색 측정에 의해 더 측정하는 것인 방법.

- 제8항에 있어서, 펩티도글리칸의 농도를 비색 측정에 의해 측정하는 것인 방법.

- 제8항에 있어서, 글루코스 중합체를 10 ng/mL를 초과하는 양의 펩티도글리칸에 대해 시험하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 시약을 글루코스 중합체-기재의 용액을 제조하는데 사용되는 원료 형태의 글루코스 중합체에 첨가하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 미생물 오염도 시험을 35℃보다 높은 온도에서 산성 배지에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
