Claims (5)
- 열간압연되어 권취된 코일이 길이방향으로 균일한 기계적 성질을 가지도록 열연강판에 분사되는 냉각수의 양을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,코일의 최외곽부위에 감아지는 열연강판의 후단부에 대해 권취전 열연강판의 다른부분과 온도편차를 두는 냉각제어를 냉각수 분사량을 제어하여 실시하되,상기 열연강판의 후단부는 열연강판의 다른부분보다 냉각제어온도가 50~70℃ 정도 더 높은 온도로 냉각되게 냉각수 분사량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강판의 냉각제어 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 냉각제어는 상기 열연강판 후단부 즉, 열연강판 코일의 후단부 15m이하 에서 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 열연강판의 냉각제어 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 3항에 있어서,상기 냉각제어는 열연강판의 끝단이 사상압연기를 통과한 시점에서 적용됨을 특징으로 하는 열연강판의 냉각제어 방법.
- 열간압연되어 권취된 코일이 길이방향으로 균일한 기계적 성질을 가지도록 열연강판에 분사되는 냉각수의 양을 제어하는 방법에 있어서,감지센서가 열연공정 중 사상압연기를 통과한 열연강판의 진행상태를 추적하여 감지하는 제 1단계와,제어부가 상기 감지센서가 감지한 신호를 인가받아 제어개시 위치에 도달하였는지를 판단하는 제 2단계와;상기 제어부가 제어 개시 위치라고 판단하면 목표CT보다 50~70℃ 상승하도록 냉각 제어를 실시하는 3단계를 포함하여 구성되고,상기 열연강판은 제어개시 위치에 도달하기 전까지는 런 아웃 테이블에서 미리 설정된 목표CT에 의해 냉각제어됨을 특징으로 하는 열연강판의 냉각 제어방법.
