Claims (2)
- 라디에이터로 세척수를 공급하여 라디에이터 표면에 부착된 이물질을 세척하도록 구성된 수직 소둔로의 냉각 쿨러 자동 세척장치에 있어서,세척된 상기 라디에이터를 건조하기 위해 송풍팬과 라디에이터케이스를 연결하는 연결배관상에 설치되는 열니크롬선으로 이루어진 히터와;상기 수직 소둔로의 냉각대에 냉각공기를 공급하는 배출덕트의 하측에 설치되어 세척수와 내부 공기를 배출하는 수봉피트와;상기 수봉피트내의 물속에 잠기도록 배관되는 드레인관과;상기 드레인관에 설치되어 상기 세척수와 내부 공기의 유입을 조절하는 개폐밸브와;상기 수봉피트의 일측에 설치되어 세척수를 배출하는 배출관과;상기 수봉피트와 연결되는 부위가 절삭되어 수봉피트내 저수된 물이 오버플로우되어 배출되면서 내부 공기는 유출되지 않도록 하는 댐과;상기 히터와 전기적으로 연결되어 발열상태를 제어하도록 하는 제어부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 소둔로의 냉각 쿨러 자동 세척장치.
