Claims (5)
- 천연고무 20~80중량% 및 고무-수지 복합체인 비닐-시스 고무 20~80중량%로 이루어진 원료고무 100중량부에 대하여 캐슈넛쉘리퀴드(cashew nut shell liquid)로 변성된 페놀 포름알데히드 수지를 포함하는 나노 보강성 수지 0.5~10중량부, 카본블랙 30~60중량부 및 실리카 10~50중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 런플랫 타이어의 사이드월 보강용 고무 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고무-수지 복합체인 비닐-시스 고무는 1,4-폴리부타디엔 고무에 고결정성 섬유상 신디오탁틱-1,2-폴리부타디엔 수지가 분산되어 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 런플랫 타이어의 사이드월 보강용 고무조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 고결정성 섬유상 신디오탁틱-1,2-폴리부타디엔 수지는, 직경이 0.02~0.1㎛이고, 비표면적이 80~90㎡/g인 단섬유상인 것을 특징으로 하는 런플랫 타이어의 사이드월 보강용 고무조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 나노 보강성 수지는, 캐슈넛쉘리퀴드(cashew nut shell liquid)로 변성된 페놀 포름알데히드 수지 80~95중량%와 포름알데히드 수지 5~20중량%로 구성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 런플랫 타이어의 사이드월 보강용 고무조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 사이드월 보강용 고무조성물이 적용된 사이드월부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 런플랫 타이어.
