Claims (6)
- 상부측에 유출구가 형성되고 하부측 일측면으로 유입구가 구비되되 상기 유입구보다 하방으로 드레인밸브가 형성되는 케이싱과;케이싱의 외부 측면에 회동될 수 있게 설치되는 하나 이상의 마그네트와;상기 케이싱의 내부에 상하방향으로 설치되어 액체 연료가 가장자리에서 점차 중심부로 지그재그 형태로 흐를 수 있도록 유도하며 비자성체로 이루어지는 다수의 분할격벽;을 포함하여 구성되어 액체연료에 포함된 슬러지 등을 분리시키도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자동식 액체연료 여과장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 자동식 액체연료 여과장치는,유입되는 액체연료가 케이싱 내부 좌우측면과 좌우 가장자리에 위치되는 분할격벽 사이로 액체연료가 상승될 수 있도록 하기 위해, 상기 분할격벽들 하부측에 오목한 형태를 이루면서 결합되는 콜렉터가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동식 액체연료 여과장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 콜렉터는,그 하부측 중심부에 드레인밸브를 향하여 연장되는 파이프가 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동식 액체연료 여과장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 자동식 액체연료 여과장치는,상기 분할격벽 하부측에 상기 케이싱의 내부 좌우측면으로부터 비스듬히 중심부를 향해 연장되는 가이드판이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동식 액체연료 여과장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 케이싱에 구비되는 상기 유입구와 드레인밸브 사이 내부 공간에 망상의 차단판이 설치되어 상기 차단판을 통과하여 낙하된 불순물이 다시 부상되어 탈출되는 것을 억제할 수 있도록 함을 특징으로 하는 자동식 액체연료 여과장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서,상기 마그네트는,케이싱의 좌우측 외부 측면에 상이한 극성을 갖는 하나씩의 마그네트가 설치되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 자동식 액체연료 여과장치.
