Claims (3)
- 알루미늄 합금 소재를 다이캐스팅 주조한 후 소정 길이로 절단하여 기계가공에 의해 소정 형상의 쟌숀 박스의 부품인 몸체 및 커버를 제작하는 단계와;상기 제작된 쟌숀 박스의 부품들을 산수세 처리하여 표면의 이물질을 제거하는 단계와;상기 쟌숀 박스의 부품들을 표면처리 하기 위해 물과 유기산을 6:4 비율로 혼합시킨 전해액의 온도를 냉동기의 작동으로 영하 4~5℃로 유지하는 단계와;상기 전해액 내에 산수세 처리로 이물질이 제거된 상기 쟌숀 박스의 부품들을 넣고 2000A의 전류 및 50~60V의 전압 조건으로 1시간~1시간 20분 동안 전해하여 양극산화를 실시하는 단계와;상기 양극산화된 쟌숀 박스의 부품들을 수세 및 건조 조립하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭전선배관용 쟌숀 박스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전압 조건은 최초 20V를 시작으로 하여 10분 간격마다 10V씩 승압되어 50~60V까지 되도록 타이머에 의한 자동승압이 이루어지도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭전선배관용 쟌숀 박스의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 알루미늄 합금 소재는 알루미늄 합금 ADC 6.1, AC 7A 중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 방폭전선배관용 쟌숀 박스의 제조방법.
