Description
Claims (17)
- 기재; 및 상기 기재 상에 형성되며, 서로 연결되어 있는 개방형 3차원 기공을 다수 포함하는 겔 폴리머 층을 포함하는 전지용 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서로 연결되어 있는 개방형 3차원 기공을 포함하는 겔 폴리머 층은 겔 폴리머를 용매에 용해시킨 겔 폴리머 용액 상에 비용매 첨가를 통해 겔 폴리머 풍부 상(相)과 겔 폴리머 결핍 상(相)으로 상분리시킴으로써 형성된 것이 특징인 전지용 분리막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 겔 폴리머를 용매에 용해시킨 겔 폴리머 용액에 비용매를 일부 첨가하여 미리 상분리를 일으킨 상태에서 기재 상에 적용하거나,겔 폴리머를 용매에 용해시킨 겔 폴리머 용액을 기재 상에 적용한 후 비용매에 침지시켜 상분리를 일으키거나,겔 폴리머를 용매에 용해시킨 겔 폴리머 용액을 기재 상에 적용한 후 건조시 비용매 증기를 분사하여 상분리시킴으로써,겔 폴리머 층에 서로 연결된 개방형 3차원 기공이 형성된 것이 특징인 전지용 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 겔 폴리머는 용해도 지수가 15 내지 45 MPa1/2 인 것이 특징 인 전지용 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 겔폴리머의 분자량은 10,000 내지 1,000,000 인 것이 특징인 전지용 분리막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 겔 폴리머를 용해하는 용매는 아세톤, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 메틸렌클로라이드, 클로로포름, 디메틸포름아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리돈, 시클로헥산, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것이 특징인 전지용 분리막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 겔 폴리머에 대한 비용매는 알코올류, 물 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것이 특징인 전지용 분리막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용매에 대한 겔 폴리머의 농도는 0.1~30중량%인 것이 특징인 전지용 분리막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 용매에 대한 비용매의 비율은 0.1~50 부피%인 것이 특징인 전지용 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기공의 평균 직경이 0.01~10㎛인 것이 특징인 전지용 분리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기재의 두께는 1 내지 100㎛ 이고, 겔 폴리머층 두께는 0.1~10㎛인 것이 특징인 전지용 분리막.
- 겔 폴리머를 용매에 용해시킨 겔 폴리머 용액에 비용매를 일부 첨가하여 상분리한 용액을 기재 상에 적용시키는 단계; 및 50 내지 130 ℃의 온도에서 건조하는 단계를 포함하여, 기재 상에 서로 연결된 개방형 3차원 기공을 포함하는 겔 폴리머 층의 제조 방법.
- 겔 폴리머를 용매에 용해시킨 겔 폴리머 용액을 기재 상에 적용한 후 비용매에 침지시켜 상분리를 적용시키는 단계; 및 50 내지 130 ℃의 온도에서 건조하는 단계를 포함하여, 기재 상에 서로 연결된 개방형 3차원 기공을 포함하는 겔 폴리머 층의 제조 방법.
- 겔 폴리머를 용매에 용해시킨 겔 폴리머 용액을 기재 상에 적용하는 단계; 및 50 내지 130 ℃의 온도에서 건조시 비용매 증기를 분사하여 상분리시키는 단계를 포함하여, 기재 상에 서로 연결된 개방형 3차원 기공을 포함하는 겔 폴리머 층의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- (a) 양극; (b) 음극; (c) 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 분리막; 및 (d) 전해액을 포함하는 전기 화학 소자.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 전기 화학 소자는 리튬 이차 전지인 전기 화학 소자.
