Claims (3)
- 전로로부터 용강의 출강전후 또는 출강중 알루미늄을 함유하는 슬래그 조제재를 용강에 투입하고, 이어, 용강이 수강된 래들에서 투입된 슬래그 조제재를 이용하여 용강슬래그를 개질하면서 용강을 정련하는 용강 정련공정에 있어서,상기 용강슬래그와 용강 계면층 직하부에 대응하는 래들상부에 포러스 플러그를 설치하고, 상기 포러스 플러그를 통하여 용강 톤당 0.03~0.2 Nm3/hr의 불활성가스를 취입하면서 용강슬래그를 개질시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강 제조를 위한 용강의 정련방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포러스플러그는 래들 원주면을 따라 같은 간격을 유지하며 4~6개 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강 제조를 위한 용강의 정련방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포러스 플러그는 상기 용강슬래그와 용강 계면층으로부터 30~100mm 직하부에 설치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강 제조를 위한 용강의 정련방법.
